At Jen’s Creations we take your privacy and data very seriously and we are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Furthermore all information you share with us is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone that is not directly linked to your event.
What data do we store?
There are 2 catagories of information that we ask for when making a booking. First of all is information about yourself, this is your name, address, contact number and email. In addition, the second relates to your event, this will include venue address, times, dates and what type of event it is.
Where do we store the data?
The information we keep is stored in a secure offline location and also a password protected online location.
How long do we keep the data?
We keep financial records for 6 years from the completed financial year (April) due to a legal requirement from HMRC. After this all records are destroyed.
Who do you share my data with?
We will never sell your information. We do not operate a mailing list or send marketing emails. Occasionally, when an alternative artist will be attending your event, it will be necessary to share your event details. In these instances we only share basic information with regards to your event and we ensure that the third party is also GDPR compliant.
